Tanushree Baidya

Tanushree Baidya has an MFA in Creative Writing from Bennington College. Her work has appeared in WBUR, Kweli, New Pages, Pangyrus, Creative Nonfiction, Hypertext Review, Florida Review, and others. She was nominated for the Pushcart Prize and was a finalist for the 2018 Tom Howard/John H. Reid Fiction Award. She has received fellowships from the Yale Writer's Workshop, Vermont Studio Center, Grubstreet, The Mae Fellowship, and Kweli.

Apart from her writing life, Tanushree works as a data management and continuous improvement specialist in the healthcare industry. She has a degree in Computer Science Engineering and an MBA from Northeastern University.

She lives in Cambridge, MA with her partner and two cats.
